About this store

These terms apply to purchases and use of digital products from Straight Out Darts at straightoutdarts.com. Contact us at straightoutdarts@gmail.com with questions about an order or these terms. Our store is hosted on Shopify.

Products and orders

Product listings describe the files, sizes, price, and game settings included with each download. Prices are displayed in US dollars; any applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Check your order and provide an accurate email address before completing checkout. You must be legally able to make the purchase or have authorization from a parent or legal guardian where required.

Digital products are delivered electronically. No physical poster, frame, or other item is included unless a listing expressly states otherwise. Printing services, paper, and frames are not included in the purchase price.

Digital delivery and compatibility

After an order is processed and any required payment succeeds, a download link is emailed to the address used at checkout. You need internet access and software capable of opening the listed file formats. ZIP packages must be extracted before opening their contents. PDF print sizes and printing guidance are stated on the product listing or in the included instructions. Printer settings, paper, and screens can affect printed results.

If a download fails or the supplied file differs from its description, contact us for help under our Return and Refund Policy. We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or permanent online storage of your files; save a copy after downloading. This does not limit our responsibility to supply the purchased content or your applicable consumer rights.

Personal-use license

Unless a product listing expressly grants broader rights, your purchase or free download permits you to save the files and print copies for your own personal, noncommercial use. You may provide a file to a print shop solely to print your copies. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly upload, or share the digital files or download links, or sell printed copies, without written permission from Straight Out Darts. Contact us to discuss club, league, venue, or commercial use.

Practice resources

Our products are practice aids. Use the rules and scoring settings stated on each listing and check that they match your game. We do not guarantee a particular improvement in scores, competition results, or performance.

Refunds and privacy

Our Return and Refund Policy explains assistance, cancellations, and refunds for digital products. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected and used. You can contact straightoutdarts@gmail.com for assistance with either policy.

Changes and statutory rights

We may update our prices, listings, and these terms for future orders. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights associated with an existing purchase. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
