Refund policy

Straight Out Darts sells digital downloads. No physical item is shipped, so there is no physical return or return shipping charge.

Download problems

If your download email is missing, a link does not work, or a file is damaged or incorrect, contact straightoutdarts@gmail.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. Check your spam or promotions folder first. We will help you access the correct files or provide a replacement. If we cannot resolve a problem that prevents you from receiving or using the product as described, we will refund the affected purchase.

Duplicate purchases and cancellations

If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice, contact us so we can verify the duplicate purchase and refund it. If you want to cancel before download access has been provided, contact us as soon as possible; delivery is automatic, so that period may be very short.

Change of mind

Except where applicable law provides otherwise, we do not offer change-of-mind refunds or exchanges once download access has been provided. Please check the product's file format, print sizes, and game rules before purchasing. Straight Checkouts is for straight/open-out darts with a 50-point bull, not double-out games.

Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. We will confirm when the refund has been issued. Your bank or payment provider determines when it appears in your account. Contact straightoutdarts@gmail.com if you need help checking a refund's status.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits cancellation rights, remedies for faulty or misdescribed digital content, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. No request deadline in this policy limits those rights.
